Welcome to this edition of Grapevine, our monthly client newsletter distributed nationwide through our expanding network of offices! Our recent burst of new offices has brought to us a unwieldy amount of new real estate talent across the country. Many of these new members of Fruit are market leaders in their area. Which brings me to think - how real estate agents are perceived by the public and how do the public choose who is more likely to work harder for them? Breaking the mould of the "typical real estate agent" is something that we do best. 

 

There is an old guard and a new guard in the real estate industry.

The old guard treats sellers as though they do not know anything and the less they know the better it is for the agent. They don't want to know why you are selling or what you think, instead they tell you what to do, without consideration to the type of market you are in or even your particular circumstances.

You can check off the points on the list and if your property consultant gets a tick on all (that's right, all of these points). Have the confidence and list with them.
